Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook core menu items with consistency and high quality.
* Operate electric fryers safely and professionally.
* Monitor and adjust oil temperature and cooking time to ensure best results.
* Maintain oil quality, perform regular oil filtration and replacement when needed.
* Keep fryers, tools, and workstations clean and organized throughout the shift.
* Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines.
* Ensure quick order preparation without compromising quality.
* Check daily stock for frying items and report shortages in advance.
* Practice strong personal hygiene and follow kitchen safety rules.
* Communicate effectively in either Arabic or English.
* Strictly follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in frying or fast-food kitchens is preferred.
* Strong understanding of oil management and fryer operation.
* Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
* Good attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
* Punctuality and reliability are a must.
