We’re expanding our team with passionate and driven Omani professionals who can help us build partnerships, onboard merchants, and drive local growth. Key Responsibilities • Identify and onboard new vendors, service providers, and partners across Oman. • Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction. • Conduct field visits to promote the Super App and explain benefits to potential partners. • Support marketing and promotional campaigns to boost app adoption and local awareness. • Collect market insights, competitor data, and customer feedback to improve strategy. • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) for smooth onboarding and service delivery. • Meet monthly targets for partner onboarding and revenue generation. Requirements • Omani Nationality (Mandatory) • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in tech, or service-based industries). • Valid Omani Driving License (preferred; experience as a driving instructor is a plus) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools. • Strong knowledge of local businesses and regions in Oman. • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals. Preferred Qualities • Self-motivated and target driven. • Good understanding of Omani market trends. • Bilingual (Arabic and English). • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
