We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Camp Incharge to oversee the daily operations and management of our workers’ accommodation facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that the camp runs smoothly, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company and government standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all camp operations, including accommodation, maintenance, and housekeeping.

Ensure proper allocation of rooms and monitor occupancy levels.

Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with camp rules and regulations.

Oversee food service and hygiene standards in the dining and kitchen areas.

Coordinate with HR and Administration for employee movements, arrivals, and departures.

Handle maintenance requests and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.

Monitor utilities consumption (water, electricity, gas) and ensure cost efficiency.

Maintain records related to camp inventory, assets, and supplies.

Ensure safety, security, and welfare of all camp residents.

Requirements:

Have experience in camp or facility management, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic recordkeeping.

Ability to handle multicultural teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
