Job Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Prepare and process supplier invoices, customer invoices, payment vouchers
Perform bank reconciliation, petty cash management, and daily transactions
Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and financial records
Assist in monthly closing, P&L summary, and management reporting
Support VAT filing, documentation, and audit requirements
Maintain inventory records, asset register, and account reconciliations
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, HR)
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP systems / MS Excel
Good understanding of VAT, accounting principles, and documentation
Attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to meet deadlines
Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism are must
