Job Title: Sous Chef
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Nationality: Italian
Salary: Based on experience
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a Sous Chef in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
• Expertise in Italian cuisine, with strong knowledge of authentic recipes and presentation
• Must possess a valid and transferable Iqama
• Ability to manage and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory control, and daily operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills
