We’re looking for Business Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and tailored proposals to potential clients.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Presales teams to align solutions with client needs.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM systems.

Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities.

Support contract preparation and negotiation processes when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Experience in the tech or enterprise solutions sector is a plus.

Proven track record of meeting business targets and working independently.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
