Working Hours:
Full-time position with flexibility to manage household needs, events, and staff schedules.
Role Overview:
The House Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of household operations for a private Saudi family, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-standard service across all areas of the residence. The ideal candidate will be smart, professional, and well-presented, with a strong background in luxury hospitality or private household management.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team of household staff while maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily household operations and ensure all areas of the residence are maintained to the highest standards.
• Supervise and train household staff (including waiters, drivers, cleaners, and maintenance personnel).
• Coordinate with external service providers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Plan and manage household events, dinners, and family gatherings with attention to detail and service excellence.
• Liaise directly with the employer and family office to ensure expectations and standards are consistently met.
• Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and purchasing for household supplies.
• Conduct daily inspections of property, staff performance, and cleanliness.
• Maintain full confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Essential Criteria:
• Male candidate aged between 27 and 35 years old (maximum age: 35).
• Minimum height: 175 cm.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a House Manager, Butler, or Head of Service in a private household or 5-star hotel environment.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership and staff management abilities.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Proven record of handling confidential matters with discretion.
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong background in hospitality, guest service, or event management.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required.
Desirable Criteria:
• Previous experience working with high-profile or royal families.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Hospitality or management diploma/certification preferred.
• Experience managing property operations, chefs, or security teams.
• Strong cultural awareness and etiquette.
