*Job Summary:*

We’re seeking an experienced and skilled Spa and Salon Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious spa and salon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service and operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

– Manage and oversee the daily operations of the spa and salon, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction

– Lead and motivate a team of therapists, stylists, and support staff to achieve operational excellence

– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality

– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff

– Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure seamless operations

– Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions

– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards

*Requirements:*

– 3+ years of experience in spa or salon management, preferably in a luxury setting

– Strong leadership and team management skills

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

– Knowledge of spa and salon operations, including treatments and services

– Certification in spa or salon management is an advantage
