We are seeking a qualified and passionate English Language Instructor to join our professional team in Muscat. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the English Training Section of the institute, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement in language instruction. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging English language courses (General English, IELTS, TOEFL, and Academic English). • Develop course materials and placement tests to maintain instructional quality. • Supervise and guide other English trainers within the section. • Monitor student progress and maintain academic reports. • Ensure alignment with international language training standards. Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, TESOL, Linguistics, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a language institute or university. • Strong communication and classroom management skills. • Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the English Department.
