We are looking for a Supervisor to join our growing mobile & electronics retail business. The right candidate will not only manage daily operations but also play a key role in expanding and developing the business to the next level. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise sales and operations across multiple branches. • Manage stock levels, inventory control, and reporting. • Support accounting and financial monitoring. • Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets. • Contribute ideas and strategies to expand the business and improve profitability. • Ensure excellent customer experience across all channels (shop & online). Requirements: • Background in stock management and accounting (mandatory). • Proven experience in retail supervision or store management. • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple branches. • Ambition to grow with the company and take on bigger responsibilities.
