Job Vacancy – Real Estate Appraiser We are seeking a qualified Real Estate Appraiser with marketing experience to join our team. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in real estate appraisal and property valuation. Strong knowledge of local market trends, property pricing, and development projects. Experience in real estate marketing, especially with banks, contracting companies, and consultancy firms, including client engagement and property promotion. Responsibilities: Conduct on-site property visits for accurate valuation. Prepare detailed and professional appraisal reports. Assist in marketing and promoting properties to potential clients, including banks, contractors, and consultancy firms. Provide recommendations based on market analysis to support decision-making. Requirements: Prior experience in the local real estate market is preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
