This role requires technical mastery in all nail enhancements and a flair for custom design. You will be the creative force behind our nail services, responsible for transforming clients’ nails into works of art. Key Responsibilities: Exceptional Nail Artistry: Design and execute complex, intricate, and trendy nail art, including 3D designs, hand-painting, airbrushing, and geometric patterns. Full-Service Care: Deliver high-quality manicures, pedicures, and specialized treatments (e. g. , paraffin, hot stone). Advanced Techniques: Expertly apply and maintain all forms of nail enhancements, including Acrylic, Hard Gel, Polygel, and Gel Polish. Client Consultation: Provide personalized consultations, advising clients on nail health, product selection, and the best designs to suit their style and occasion. Hygiene & Safety: Uphold and enforce the highest standards of sanitation, tool sterilization, and cleanliness in the workspace, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. Trend Savvy: Continuously train and stay updated on global nail and beauty trends, colors, and new techniques. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven, professional experience as a Nail Technician or Nail Master, preferably in a high-end salon. Portfolio: A comprehensive and impressive portfolio showcasing a wide range of advanced nail art skills is mandatory. Technical Mastery: High proficiency in all application and removal techniques for Gel Extensions, Acrylic, and French Manicures.
