Job Description: We are seeking a creative and skilled Social Media Specialist who can manage our company’s social media platforms, create engaging content, and deliver high-quality visuals that reflect our brand identity. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in photography, videography, graphic design, and the use of editing software to produce professional and captivating content. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, create, and manage daily content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) * Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, events, and company activities * Edit videos and photos using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar tools * Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to boost engagement and reach * Monitor trends and generate new, creative content ideas aligned with the brand * Manage social media ads and analyze performance insights * Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand communication Requirements: * Proven experience in social media management, photography, and videography * Strong skills in photo and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, Canva, etc.) * Creativity and ability to produce engaging, visually appealing content * Excellent communication and storytelling skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * Previous experience in real estate or luxury brands is an advantage Location: Madinat Sultan Qaboos, Muscat, Oman How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to send their CV and portfolio to:
