Position:

Coating & Insulation QC Inspector

Requirements:

ARAMCO Approved (preferred)

CBT Pass

Minimum 5 years of experience in coating and insulation inspection in Oil & Gas projects

Knowledge of surface preparation, coating application, and insulation systems

Familiarity with inspection codes and standards (NACE, SSPC, ARAMCO, ASME)

Experience in reviewing inspection reports, material certificates, and NDT results

Ability to prepare QC documentation and inspection reports

Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities:

Inspect coating and insulation works at shop or site

Verify surface preparation, coating thickness, and insulation application

Ensure compliance with project specifications and ARAMCO standards

Review material certificates, inspection records, and NDT reports

Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain QC documentation

Coordinate with project engineers, QC supervisors, and client inspectors

Ensure safety and quality compliance during all activities
