Position:
Piping QC Inspector – Shop Fabrication
Requirements:
ARAMCO Approved (preferred)
CBT Pass
Minimum 5 years of experience in piping QC inspection – shop fabrication
Knowledge of ASME, API, and ARAMCO standards
Experience in inspection of spools, supports, welding, and fit-up
Familiarity with WPS, PQR, WPQ, and Material Test Certificates (MTCs)
Ability to prepare inspection reports and maintain QC documentation
Good communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities:
Inspect piping shop fabrication activities
Verify welding, fit-up, and dimensional accuracy of spools and supports
Review WPS/PQR/WPQ and material certificates
Ensure compliance with project specifications and ARAMCO standards
Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports
Coordinate with QC supervisors, engineers, and client inspectors
Ensure safety and quality compliance in shop activities
