Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to assist with daily coordination between vendors, customers, technical, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Float RFQs to vendors and obtain competitive quotations.

2. Manage vendor payments in coordination with the finance team.

3. Coordinate with customers for proposal submissions, follow-ups, and payment tracking as per due dates.

4. Coordinate with the technical team to prepare quotes and proposals within the required deadlines.

5. Prepare and manage business documents such as quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices.

6. Track vendor and customer invoices and ensure timely payments and updates by regular follow ups via email and calls.

Requirements:

• Female candidate based in Saudi Arabia (Preferred Indian National)

• Excellent communication and coordination skills (Arabic or English).

• Proficiency in MS Office / Excel / Email communication.

• Background in IT or Low Current Systems will be an added advantage.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

• Prior experience in administrative, sales coordination, or accounts support is a plus.
