Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property sales, leasing, and client relationships, while ensuring professional service and compliance with company standards and market regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential buyers and investors.

* Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties through transparent and professional guidance.

* Conduct property viewings, market analyses, and negotiations.

* Maintain an updated database of listings and leads.

* Prepare necessary documents such as sales agreements, offers, and lease contracts.

* Coordinate with developers, landlords, and other real estate professionals.

* Stay updated with market trends, property values, and new project developments.

* Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

* Proven experience in real estate sales or property management (minimum 2 years preferred).

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Excellent knowledge of the local property market.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

* Valid Saudi driving license.
