HR Assistant – (KSA) in Jeddah

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support daily HR operations across our sites and departments. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth communication between management and staff.
You’ll be part of a growing organization focused on excellence, professionalism, and sustainable growth in the construction and contracting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in recruitment, on boarding, and employee documentation.
* Maintain and update HR records, personnel files, and databases.
* Support payroll processing and attendance management.
* Coordinate leave, travel, and insurance documentation.
* Prepare letters (offers, contracts, warnings, etc.) and maintain HR forms.
* Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
* Assist in training coordination and performance appraisal tracking.
* Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and company HR policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
* Good understanding of HR processes and documentation.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/HRMS is an advantage.
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
