Key Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and update ledgers accurately.
Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
Handle accounts payable and receivable and follow up with customers and suppliers.
Support bank reconciliation, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
Assist in monthly and yearly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting documentation and approvals.
Ensure compliance with Bahrain VAT regulations and company policies.
Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company.
Knowledge of Tally / SAP / QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and Bahrain VAT.
Proficient in MS Excel and Office applications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be currently based in Bahrain.
