Job Title: Human Resource Manager (Only Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. The HR Manager will manage and supervise the HR team, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the HR department.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding of qualified candidates.

Manage employee relations, including resolving issues and disputes, conducting disciplinary actions, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Requirements:
