Position: PWHT Field Inspector

Location: [Jubail, Saudi Arabia]

Requirements:

ARAMCO Approval (preferred)

CBT Pass

Minimum 5 years of experience in welding inspection and PWHT supervision

Strong knowledge of ASME, AWS, and ARAMCO welding standards

Experience in shop and site PWHT operations

Familiarity with welding procedures, heat treatment charts, and temperature control methods

Ability to interpret Material Test Certificates (MTCs), PQRs, WPS, and WPQs

Experience with NDT methods (RT, PT, MT, UT, etc.)

Ability to prepare inspection reports and maintain QC documentation

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Supervise and inspect PWHT operations in the field to ensure compliance with project specifications

Monitor temperature control, heating and cooling rates, and uniformity during PWHT

Verify compliance with welding procedures, PQRs, WPS, and MTCs

Conduct inspections and ensure quality of welded joints before and after PWHT

Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain QC documentation

Coordinate with QC supervisors, engineers, and client inspectors

Ensure safety and quality compliance during all PWHT activities
