Job Vacancy – Supermarket Manager A leading retail group is seeking to hire a qualified and experienced: Supermarket Manager Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in supermarket/hypermarket management within the Sultanate of Oman. • Proven ability to manage and supervise multiple branches. • Strong skills in staff management, inventory control, purchasing, and promotional planning. • Experience dealing with local suppliers and warehouse operations. • Ability to control expenses, increase sales, and achieve profit targets. • Proficiency in POS systems and retail inventory management. • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. • Preference for candidates with experience in multicultural work environments. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of all branches. • Develop and implement operational and marketing plans. • Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance. • Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock counts, and reduce shrinkage. • Review sales reports and improve financial performance.
