Job Description : •Managing and responding to inbound leads via phone and email. •Review candidates background and do a preliminary eligibility evaluation. •Explain the detailed process and costs involved. •Following up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice. •Convert them into sales and achieve your targets. •Manage your database of leads. •Assisting new clients in preparing their case file. •Processing application for the clients. •Developing strong relationship with the client to generate referrals.
