Job Purpose:
To ensure safe execution of all site activities by obtaining, managing, and closing Aramco work permits in compliance with Aramco’s Work Control System (WCS).
Key Responsibilities:
Apply for and secure Aramco Work Permits (Hot Work, Cold Work, Confined Space, etc.).
Coordinate with the Area Authority (AA) and Issuing Authority (IA) for permit approval.
Verify the worksite conditions before starting and after completing the job.
Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and ensure all control measures are in place.
Maintain and update daily permit logs and records.
Ensure that all team members are briefed on permit conditions and hazards.
Close the permit after completion and confirm site restoration.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid Aramco Permit Receiver Card / Certification.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in oil & gas environment.
Knowledge of Aramco Work Control System (WCS) and Permit to Work (PTW) procedures.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
HSE awareness and leadership skills.
