E&I / Electrical Engineer – Ras Al Khair Project Site

We are looking for a qualified and experienced E&I / Electrical Engineer to join our team for the CO₂ and ASU Plant New Installation Project at Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia.

???? Scope: Installation, Testing, and Commissioning

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute electrical and instrumentation installation works including cable tray erection, conduit installation, cable pulling, glanding, and termination.

Review and interpret IFC drawings, P&IDs, loop diagrams, interconnection and hook-up drawings for proper field implementation.

Ensure correct installation of field instruments, control panels, junction boxes, MCCs, transformers, and LV/MV switchgears as per project specifications.

Conduct megger, continuity, and hi-pot tests for power and control cables, and calibration of instruments.

Coordinate and perform loop checking, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of all electrical and control systems.

Prepare and review method statements, inspection and test reports (ITR), and red-line markups for as-built documentation.

Supervise instrument air line installation and impulse tubing works in compliance with standards.

Ensure compliance with project QA/QC requirements, electrical codes, and safety procedures.

Liaise with construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams for work progress and technical issue resolution.

Support vendor and client inspections, and ensure punch list closure.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial project installation and commissioning (preferably ASU, CO₂, or Oil & Gas).

Strong knowledge of electrical/instrumentation codes, loop testing, and control system commissioning.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents.

Must be available to join immediately.

Must have a valid Iqama for the ID process only.
