Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales / Business Development Executive or Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial and contracting services with the ability to drive business growth, develop client relationships, and generate new opportunities from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

– Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across equipment rentals, manpower supply, material trading, and project support services.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors across the Kingdom.

– Follow up on ongoing business transactions, quotations, and client communications.

– Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documents as required.

– Coordinate internally with operations and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.

– Represent the company professionally during client meetings and site visits.

– Travel frequently across Saudi Arabia to explore business prospects and meet client needs.

Requirements:

– Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within the industrial or contracting sector.

– Proven record of client contacts and ability to start generating business immediately.

– Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel across the Kingdom.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Arabic preferred).

– Highly motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work flexible hours (24×7 as required) to ensure client satisfaction.
