???? Job Vacancy – HR Administrative Assistant (Riyadh)
A newly established company in Riyadh is looking to hire a qualified and motivated HR Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing employee records and HR documentation.
Handle governmental platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and others.
Prepare and follow up on contracts, payroll, and leave management.
Organize and maintain employee files and HR documents.
Support recruitment processes and provide general administrative assistance to the HR department.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of Saudi governmental HR platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Saudi nationals are preferred, or candidates with a transferable Iqama.
Location: Riyadh
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
