Company Description

Based in Saudi Arabia, The Florist specializes in sustainable landscaping, custom planters, and fresh flower arrangements. We blend artistry with sustainability to transform spaces and enrich lives, one bloom at a time.



Position Overview

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support day-to-day administrative operations in a dynamic, design-focused work environment. The ideal candidate has experience in data entry, secretarial support, and inventory management, and is comfortable juggling both behind-the-scenes organization and front-facing wholesale customer interactions. A background in working with flowers or plants is a distinct advantage.



Key Responsibilities

Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, document formatting, and filing
Manage incoming shipments and oversee inventory intake and tracking
Support sales transactions and inventory reconciliation through POS systems
Maintain organized records of vendor communication, procurement files, and customer data
Assist in preparing professional proposals and project presentations, including layouts, site plans, images, and product selections
Greet and assist walk-in wholesale clients with flexibility and professionalism
Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfillment, deliveries, and showroom readiness
Handle basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks as required
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
Qualifications

Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory control practices
Strong organizational skills
Ability to support the creation of clear, visually compelling project proposals and presentations
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in a floral, botanical, or design-focused industry is a plus
Friendly and adaptable demeanor when dealing with clients and walk-ins
Preferred Traits

A good eye for design and layout
Interest or experience in floral arrangements or plant installations
