Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience: Minimum 2 years in pre-sale and post-sales.
Job Description:
Are you an experienced professional with a passion for customer satisfaction and a background in selling MEP items, Consumable items and building materials? If so, we want you to join our team as a Pre Sales and Post Sales Executive. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual who can effectively manage pre-sale and post-sales activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of MEP items, Consumable items and building materials to provide expert guidance and support to customers.
3. Order Processing: Efficiently handle order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products to customers.
4. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, striving for a quick and satisfactory resolution.
5. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling products to existing customers.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve our products and services continually.
7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-sales and post-sales, preferably in MEP items, consumable items and building materials.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive to customer locations when necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using computer software and CRM tools.
