Exciting Job Opportunity at Leading Carpentry Workshop!/ Production Manager
Location: Riyadh
Position: Production Manager
Responsibilities:
Planning and organizing production operations in the workshop.
Managing and directing the workforce to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
Monitoring production costs and ensuring compliance with the budget.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve production efficiency and increase productivity.
Providing technical guidance and support to employees
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a production manager in the carpentry industry.
Advanced knowledge of drafting and design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to make quick and independent decisions.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
